Ladipo.ng is operated by Require Trading Limited.
1. Marketplace Transaction Model
Ladipo.ng does not currently receive or hold buyer purchase payments for marketplace goods. Purchases are concluded directly with the supplier.
2. Supplier Return Terms
Return eligibility and instructions are generally handled by the supplying vendor. They depend on what was agreed, the condition of the goods, applicable law and any supplier-specific terms. There is no universal Ladipo.ng return window.
3. Buyer Checks Before Purchase
Before purchase, buyers should confirm the exact product, fitment, vehicle or application details, part number where relevant, condition, quantity, any warranty and delivery terms.
4. Incorrect, Defective or Misrepresented Goods
If goods are incorrect, materially misdescribed, defective, damaged, counterfeit or otherwise inconsistent with the agreement, the buyer should contact the supplier promptly.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations before fulfilment should be discussed directly with the supplier. There is no universal Ladipo.ng cancellation window unless a specific term has been agreed.
6. Refunds
Where a refund is due for a marketplace purchase, the supplier that received the buyer's money is responsible for processing it. Ladipo.ng cannot directly refund purchase funds it never received.
7. Escalation to Ladipo.ng
Buyers may escalate complaints to Ladipo.ng. We may request transaction evidence, contact the supplier, review marketplace conduct, restrict supplier access, suspend listings or take other marketplace enforcement action where appropriate. We do not promise reimbursement from Ladipo.ng's own funds.
8. Supplier Subscription Fees
Supplier subscription payments made to Ladipo.ng are separate service payments and are not buyer marketplace purchase funds. This policy does not create subscription refund terms.
9. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
