Shipping & Delivery Policy

Products are supplied and delivered by independent third-party suppliers or manufacturers. Ladipo.ng does not physically warehouse marketplace products and is not currently a fulfilment centre.

Before completing a purchase, the buyer and supplier should confirm the delivery method, destination, any pickup option, delivery charge, expected timing and availability.

Timing can depend on supplier location, stock availability, destination, the courier or logistics provider, product size or weight, and regional or operational conditions. Ladipo.ng does not provide a universal or guaranteed delivery time.

Delivery charges may be separate from the product price unless explicitly stated. Buyers should confirm the total amount payable directly with the supplier before payment.

Buyers should confirm:

• the exact item, fitment or application, condition and quantity;
• the delivery address and cost; and
• any relevant specifications or other agreed terms.

If goods are delayed, missing, damaged or materially different from what was agreed, the buyer should first contact the supplying vendor. Ladipo.ng may assist with marketplace-level complaint review where appropriate.

Suppliers are responsible for communicating availability accurately, agreeing delivery terms clearly, meeting commitments they make and providing accurate delivery information.

Ladipo.ng does not currently collect buyer purchase funds, physically fulfil marketplace orders, act as the carrier or act as merchant of record for direct supplier transactions. Supplier subscription payments made to Ladipo.ng are separate service payments.
